CiNKO Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
These Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the CiNKO Sweepstakes Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and the CiNKO Privacy Policy available at CiNKO Digital Wallet Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
The Campaign is open only to users who:
- have downloaded the CiNKO application;
- have successfully completed all required KYC/AML checks; and
- at the beginning of the Promotion Period, have not yet funded their CiNKO Account.
To qualify, users must complete their first wallet load transaction during the Promotion Period. This must be a single transaction with a minimum of USD 20 (twenty U.S. dollars).
A wallet load transaction can be conducted in any currency supported on the CiNKO platform, including but not limited to BTC, ETH, USD, USDC, USDT or PYUSD.
Transactions made through peer-to-peer ("P2P") transfers do not qualify.
Each participant is eligible for only one (1) participation, based on their first qualifying transaction.
Promotion Period
The Campaign will run from the announcement date through October 31, 2025 (inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
Award
There will be 3 (three) selected winners.
Each winner will receive USD 100 (one hundred US dollars), which will be deposited directly into their CiNKO Account within 2 (two) weeks of the announcement.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Winners are responsible for any applicable local taxes or fees related to the receipt of the prize.
Selection and Announcement of Winners
Winners will be randomly selected by CiNKO from among all eligible participants.
Winners will be announced during the first week of November 2025 via Instagram Stories on the official CiNKO account.
CiNKO may also contact winners directly via email or phone number linked to their CiNKO Account.
CiNKO reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose qualifying transaction is cancelled, reversed or deemed fraudulent, or whose CiNKO Account is closed or suspended prior to prize payment.
General Terms
CiNKO reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and may require proof of identity or account verification prior to awarding the prize.
Multiple accounts created by the same person will not be eligible. CiNKO reserves the right to disqualify duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
By entering the Campaign, entrants agree that, if selected as a winner, CiNKO may display their first name and/or a CiNKO account identifier on their Instagram Story for the purpose of announcing the winners (subject to CiNKO's Privacy Policy).
CiNKO reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend the Campaign at its sole discretion if it becomes necessary to do so.
CiNKO accepts no responsibility for technical problems, incomplete transactions or other errors that may prevent participation.
By participating in the Campaign, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes in accordance with CiNKO's Privacy Policy.
CiNKO's decision in all matters related to the Campaign is final and binding.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CiNKO is incorporated.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such jurisdiction.
